Bank instrument is then unblocked and free for use. This is a non-recourse loan. So you pay nothing at the end. Arrangement fees are deducted when funds are disbursed to your account. Therefore, there are no upfront fees of any sort. You can keep re-entering program until you get the money you want. Make sure instrument is free of any liens.
